SOUTH Tyneside's first Big Brother contestant is now officially a housemate.
Charlie Drummond, from Cleadon Village, secured a place this morning after walking over broken glass, after the house was hijacked by an SAS team

The 22-year-old, who was joined by fellow contestant Saffia, made his way across a path of 150 smashed wine bottles, before Big Brother congratulated them both and confirmed their place in the 10th series.
