I HAVE written to Gordon Brown asking him to answer a question.
I have asked him if the calamitous state of our nation is the result of a revolutionary conspiracy to destroy this once proud country, or is our calamity simply the end result of the abysmal incompetence in every area of our Government?
Mr Brown, if he bothers to answer, will fob me off with some inane circumlocution.
But if a Marxist revolution wouldn't succeed in our country, I do wonder whether we are suffering an incredibly clever, silent revolution to destroy my beloved country?
