BRITAIN wastes too much food, according to the results of our latest web poll.
Yesterday we reported that British households we're thorwing away £10bn of edible food every year.

The average household throws out about one third of all food bought - wasting £420 a year, or £610 for those with children, says the Waste and Resources Action Programme.

We asked

Do you waste too much food?

The results were:

Yes: 61 per cent
No: 39 per cent
