WOLVES chief executive Jez Moxey has revealed the club have spoken to Sunderland regarding the future of on-loan winger Carlos Edwards.
The Trinidad and Tobago international is due to stay with the Coca-Cola Championship leaders until December 28.

But injury problems at the Stadium of Light have led to boss Roy Keane suggesting he may have to bring Edwards back to the North East.

"Mick McCarthy has spoken to someone there, and we're told we might be able to keep him longer.

"We'd hope to keep him at least to the end of the loan period," Moxey told the Express and Star.
