The Great North Run - picture special
THE 29th Great North Run was the biggest and best yet, and we've got the pictures to prove it!
From the moment when starters Sting and Steve Harmison fired the gun on the Central Motorway in Newcastle to those blissful strides when tired legs crossed the finishing line on The Leas at South Shields, 13.1 miles later, we were there to capture the whole race.
