THE news that the Hollywood film actress Evelyn Keyes had died was indeed sad.
She was an outstanding performer and a very talented actress.

She starred in many films, but she is best remembered for her performances in Gone with the Wind and The Jolson Story.

Evelyn Keyes was a film legend, the last of the cinematic greats from an era which has been often described as the golden age of Hollywood.

She brought much pleasure to countless millions.
