Burglars raid McDonalds

BURGLARS have targeted a fast-food restaurant in South Tyneside.
McDonald's in Simonside, South Shields, was raided overnight.
Police are continuing inquiries today and say it is not known at this stage how entry was gained or what, if anything, was stolen.
