Man on cannabis charges

A MAN is due in court today after being charged with possession and intent to supply cannabis.
The 25-year-old will appear before South Tyneside magistrates after police arrested him in Ocean Road, South Shields, last night.
It is alleged that officers found a quantity of cannabis after carrying out a search on him and later at his home.
