A THIEF has admitted stealing 11 LCD television sets from a supermarket in less than a fortnight.
Craig Isherwood took the sets, valued at about £200 each, from Asda in Boldon Colliery between March 20 and April 3.

At Newcastle Crown Court yesterday, the 23-year-old admitted four charges of theft relating to four separate visits to the store.

Isherwood, of Southwick Road, Sunderland, will be sentenced on August 29, and was granted conditional bail.
