A MAN accused of harassing a woman in South Tyneside will stand trial.
Nigel Dunn was at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court charged with stalking under the Harassment Act.
The 50-year-old is accused of stalking the woman between January 1 and Thursday, February 7. He pleaded not guilty and will stand trial on April 19.
Dunn, of Lord Nelson Street, South Shields, was granted bail on condition that he does not contact the woman and lives at the address given to court.
