A SOUTH Tyneside man charged with carrying out a two-year stalking campaign has appeared in court.
William Daglish is accused of stalking the female victim from January 1, 2012, to May 30, of this year, including following her to her place of work, leaving written notes for her and monitoring her movements.
The 47-year-old, of Sutton Way, Cleadon Park, South Shields, denied the offence at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
A trial will be held at the court, starting on Friday, September 19.
Daglish was granted conditional bail until then.
