TWO teenagers have been charged with the murder of South Tyneside father David Charlton.
Keith Honeyman, 19, of Alice Street, South Shields, will appear before South Tyneside Magistrates Court on Boxing Day.
He has been charged with the murder of Mr Charlton, 25, who was stabbed on Friday night in Stanhope Road, South Shields.
A 15-year-old from South Shields, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will also appear before magistrates charged with the murder.
Two men, aged 24 and 31, who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender are currently on police bail.
