Aim to complete the exercises below without any rest.

10 SQUATS

20 PRESS UPS

30 BICYCLE ABS

40 STAR JUMPS

50 HILL CLIMBS

Once you have completed those five exercises, rest for one minute and then repeat as many times as you like.
