Did our readers see a UFO?
MORE Gazette readers have contacted us about sightings of a "UFO" spotted over South Tyneside.
We reported last week how two readers saw two strange glowing objects at tea-time on Tuesday.
They were spotted by a woman on the Calf Close Estate, in Jarrow, and glowed and dimmed for 45 minutes, before disappearing.
After our report, two further readers have come forward with sightings.
One motorist said: "I was driving in York Avenue, in Jarrow, when I saw two bright lights, one higher than the other, in the direction of Wardley."
A resident of Ullswater Gardens, South Shields, added: "I saw two unusually bright lights. They were quite remarkable."
