Life-size Joe is a real crowd-puller!
A CARDBOARD cut-out of Joe is proving a real crowd puller at a South Tyneside supermarket.
Star-struck shoppers are queuing up to get their photo taken with the life-size figure of the South Shields singer, which has been specially made for Asda South Shields.
The cut-out is part of the store's 'It Asda Be Joe' corner, where 1,000 special badges have already been handed out to fans.
The store also has a book for people to send their good luck messages to the Westoe 18-year-old.
David Brown, general manager of the Coronation Street store, said: "Joe is doing a wonderful job and keeps getting better with every performance.
"The level of support for the It Asda Be Joe campaign has been unbelievable.
"The cut-out has proved a real favourite with the girls and the first fan book was filled up within 36 hours with people wishing him luck.
"Hopefully this will give Joe a boost to get him through to the next round."
