Owners to blame!

I COULDN’T agree more with Fellgate resident about the disgraceful count of 10 dirty dogs for two wardens in a year.

Come to Wenlock Road, between Fenwick Avenue and Binchester Street, and you will catch 10 in a week.

The paths are absolutely filthy, but I write once again it is the owners to blame!
