Popular mayor returned in Whitburn and Marsden

POPULAR Mayor Coun Tracey Dixon won a resounding victory for Labour in Whitburn and Marsden.

She polled 1,247 votes - more than the other two candidates put together.

Tracey Allison Dixon (Lab) - 1,247

Fiona Anne Milburn (Con) - 831

Turnout: 41.9 per cent.
