Raider strikes at betting shop No 4
A TOWN centre bookmakers has become the fourth betting shop in a week to be raided by a robber.
Officers were called to Coral bookmakers in Fowler Street, South Shields just before 12.10pm, today, after reports of a robbery.
A man escaped with a quantity of cash.
A witness appeal has now been launched by detectives.
