Three self starters from South Tyneside have pooled their expertise to launch a new business.

The new business, which launched this week, offers personal training sessions, classes, a range of cosmetic procedures, as well as numerous hair and beauty treatments.

Hair and beauty expert Miss Kirsopp, 27, said she hopes the business will be a hit in the community.

The Simonside mum said: “We provide everything from healthy eating and training, right down to hair and beauty treatments including botox and fillers.

“We came up with the idea to open a business together after Jill mentioned to me when I was doing her hair that she was starting up a business with Steffani.

“Jill is our aesthetic expert, providing botox and fillers, Steffani is our fitness instructor and I provide the hair had beauty side of things.”

The trio still operate under individual names with Mrs Butler, 56, running Aesthetic Expert, Miss Dixon, 25, running Hellbent Fitness and Miss Kirsopp running FaBeauty and Hair.

“Our aim is to give the people of South Tyneside affordable training, and hair and beauty treatments.”

Personal trainer and health expert, Miss Dixon, said she wanted to provide a non judgemental place for people to receive training and health advice.

She said: “I have had health problems in the past including anorexia and bulimia which was caused by digestive issues I had, meaning I associated food with pain.

“But I got into fitness back in 2013 when my doctor forced me to exercise.
“Since then I have gone from 47 kilos to 75 kilos and I and hoping to do body building shows!

“My experience means that I know how scary it can be to start out training, but I hope to provide a non-judgemental environment, offering one to one training sessions and classes.

“There is no commitment, it is just pay as you go.”

The business will be open Monday to Saturday from 6am to 7pm or 8pm.

To kick off the launch Self Centre is offering one lucky reader the chance to win a make over worth more than £800.

The make over package includes fitness classes, botox fillers and a hair and make up.
