Whitburn Academy is an exceptional school.

There are brilliant teachers who help children to succeed. I’m not angry with the school about the letter/email parents have received.

I’m angry with past and present governments who have constantly ignored our youngsters. Who punish our children through education including taking away funding for university.

Now the Government is taking away money from all our schools that are not based in an upper class area.

Same old, help the rich while attacking the poor.

I hope parents can help with school funding, every bit of extra money will help.

No more free education for British children is what it amounts to. If we do not pay our children suffer.

It’s a case of you get what you voted for over the generations. Generations of lies and false promises but there is no getting the majority to see through the lies told by the same old governments.

The cuts will affect all schools regardless of whether it’s an academy or not.
