Repairs are ongoing job

My husband and I have, fortunately or unfortunately, worked from leaving school (1970s) and have bought our home.

Over the years, like everyone else, we have repaired, maintained and improved our home, and now it is paid for and hopefully we can enjoy our retirement in our home.

Could the Queen not have done the same, regular repairs, instead of waiting until her home needed so much doing to it?

Hopefully, she will dig deep and contribute to the repairs to her home.
