The future is doomed

Our exciting example of a democratic Britain, which was Brexit, has been tarnished and torpedoed by upstarts who will not accept the will of the people.

Having been promised a referendum for more than a decade and having experienced a barrage from the establishment to have us remain, 17million of us, a clear majority, voted for Brexit.

Not one of us were in any doubt that whatever the result of this referendum, it would be conclusive.

Both sides had warned us that there would be no second chance.

So we voted for the return of our sovereignty and self determination, confident that a win would take us out of the EU.

Now a lady from the banking sector has secured a ruling from the high court that our once and for all referendum is not conclusive.

Parliament will now debate and decide wether we actually press the button to leave.

In a nutshell, these people, most of whom have not had a job outside of Westminster, not only think they know what is best but they also don’t trust their colleagues to deliver a reasonable deal from EU negotiations .

I am resigned to UK continuing to be some kind of EU satellite paying billions, accepting endless immigrants and watching us enter the third world on a hand cart while politicians and plutocrats ride the gravy train towards the single state, single currency, anti British, Putin poking, politically correct but doomed future.
