HEBBURN Town were within seconds of victory at home to Prudhoe Town on Saturday, only for an injury-time strike from Liam Bell to deny them.
Tony Robinson's men had taken an 18th-minute lead through Gary Dadd's swerving volley, and came close to increasing their lead through Steve Graham, who hit the post, and Joe Donaghy, who had an effort cleared off the line.

But Prudhoe equalised four minutes from the interval through Ben Haddock.

After the break, Graham again struck the post, but his corner was headed home by Donaghy in the 68th minute to restore Hebburn's lead.

Amazingly, Graham made it a hat-trick of striking the upright in the last minute of normal time, and that proved costly, as Bell scrambled the equaliser five minutes into injury time.
