Both Ray Oshin and Marc Haire passed late fitness tests and were named on the visitors' bench.
Peterlee started the brighter and took the lead from the spot on 18 minutes when Simon Jacobs was to have adjudged to have pulled a Peterlee shirt in t
he box following a counter-attack from the home side.
The penalty was duly dispatched, giving Reyrolle keeper Macgregor no chance.
This stung the in-form visitors into action, and they were rewarded on 30 minutes when Craig Malley blasted home from 20 yards to draw his side level at the interval.
Reyrolle came out after the break and dominated from the off, but chance after chance went begging.
The game changed on 60 minutes when Reyrolle introduced forwards Oshin and Haire to the fray, and within 10 minutes the visitors were ahead when Malley again scored following a cross in to the area from left-back Andy Shotton.
Reyrolle then had further chances to extend their lead, but the woodwork and good goalkeeping denied them a third goal.
Boss Mark Collingwood was delighted with the result, and especially his side's performance after the interval.
He said: "We were average at best in the first half. However, we were outstanding in the second period and we fully deserved the three points.
"We asked for the lads to up the tempo at the break, and they were outstanding in the second half."
