Shields sorry to see stalwart go

SOUTH Shields have said they were sad to see stalwart player David Graham leave for local rivals Jarrow Roofing this week.
Shields secretary Phil Reay said: "I think Davey just wanted a bit more regular football.
"He played more than 100 games for us, and we wish him all the best at his new club – apart from if we play them!"
Shields travel to West Auckland tomorrow as they look to haul themselves off the bottom of the Northern League First Division.
