KEVIN Keegan today insisted he is looking forward to tomorrow's summit meeting with Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley.
Keegan - whose comments after the Chelsea defeat on Monday are understood to have angered Ashley - will meet the billionaire along with executive director Dennis Wise and vice president Tony Jiminez.

His pre-Everton press conference was brought forward 24 hours to accommodate the talks, and before discussing the game the 57-year-old made a short statement.

It said: "I think it might be best if I start and tell you what I think is already in the public domain.

"The reason I fetched it (the press conference) a day early is so that I can go to London tomorrow to talk to Mike Ashley.

"But that's a good thing. I'm looking forward to that, and that's the only comment I'll make on it.

"This is a pre-match press conference, and I'll only talk on that from now on.

"Any other questions, they are for another day, and I'll try and answer them on that day as best I can."
