REVEREND And The Makers debut album The State Of Things, released today on Wall Of Sound, is this week's Pick of the Week.
I've looked forward to it since stumbling across the Reverend 18 months ago, and I'm glad to say it doesn't disappoint.

It's 12 slices of pure indie dancefloor-filling genius, and the Top 20 singles Heavyweight Champion Of The World and He Said He Loved Me are nowhere near the best songs on it.

If you only buy one album for the rest of the year, make this it. You won't regret it.
