NEWCASTLE United have agreed to extend the loan of goalkeeper Fraser Forster to Norwich City until the end of the season.
Forster has impressed since joining the Canaries in August, having enjoyed a brief spell at League One rivals Bristol Rovers.

The promising shot-stopper has made 12 appearances in all competitions, keeping seven clean sheets.

He was due to stay at Carrow Road until January, but Norwich have persuaded Newcastle to let Forster see out the season with the club.

The deal means can play in next weekend's FA Cup 2nd Round tie against Carlisle United and will be eligible if the East Anglian side reach the play-offs.
