NEWCASTLE winger James Milner today joined Aston Villa in a deal worth around £10m.
The 22-year-old, who submitted a transfer request after United's Carling Cup win at Coventry in midweek, signed a four-year deal.

Villa – where Milner spent the 2005-06 season on loan, scoring three goals in 33 appearances – have long fancies the player.

Boss Martin O'Neill was at the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday to see the England Under-21 international's man-of-the-match performance.
