Owen linked with £7m United move
NEWCASTLE striker Michael Owen was today linked with a sensational summer move to Manchester United.
It is being reported that the former Liverpool and Real Madrid striker
could leave for Old Trafford in a cut-price £7m deal.
According to the News of the World, Owen's recent goal-scoring form has convinced Man Unitde manager Sir Alex Ferguson he can still cut it at the highest level.
However, it is said he would probably want to sign the striker on an incentive-based contract, dependent on games and goals.
