Spiderman will be Toon hit - Tayls

STEVEN Taylor knows just what Newcastle United's fans look for in a new signing – as he was once cheering on Kevin Keegan's heroes from the terraces himself.
And the defender believes new boy Jonas Gutierrez – who Keegan labelled the "real deal" after his first week on Tyneside – has what it takes to become a fan favourite.
Gutierrez – signed from Real Mallorca earlier this month – was known as much in Spain for putting his foot in as his electric pace.
The 25-year-old has settled into training well, and having travelled to Hartlepool United with his new team-mates as a non-playing member of Keegan's squad for Newcastle's first pre-season friendly, he could be involved against Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday now that his registration has come through.
Taylor just hopes the Argentina international – who can play on either wing – gets the chance to dust off the Spiderman mask he famously donned after scoring against Osasuna in La Liga.
Gutierrez, however, has insisted he fears getting booked if he repeats the madcap celebration in England.
Taylor told the Gazette: "Apparently he's got a good celebration when he puts a Spiderman mask on, and that should go down well with the Newcastle fans when he scores a goal.
"I'm sure there'll be a few Spiderman masks flying about."He puts himself about as well, and one thing Newcastle fans like is someone that works hard and puts a few tackles in, and if he can do that, it's great for us."
