Sunderland sorting loose ends on Ferdy deal

SUNDERLAND were today hoping to tie up the loose ends of Anton Ferdinand's move from West Ham.
The 23-year-old was on Wearside yesterday for his medical, and Black Cats boss Roy Keane felt the move would go through quickly.
But there was no rush as the centre-back would not be involved tonight in the Carling Cup.
