Hearts pull out of race to sign Sunderland striker Noble

LOAN MOVE ... Ryan Noble.

LOAN MOVE ... Ryan Noble.

  • by PADRAIG WHELAN

HEARTS have pulled out of the race to sign Sunderland striker Ryan Noble on loan.

According to local reports, the Jambos were keen on bringing him to the Scottish capital but his wage demands have put paid to their hopes.

The Black Cats would have wanted Hearts to contribute to paying his wages but, due to their financial constraints, have had to pull out of the deal.

They have already brought Liverpool duo Danny Wilson and Michael Ngoo in on loan from the Premier League.

Twenty-one-year-old Noble has made just five first-team appearances at the Stadium of Light and has found himself loaned out to three different clubs, including Hartlepool.
