Jacob Murphy is set to complete a £12million move to Newcastle United after flying into Ireland.
The winger flew into Dublin last night after Norwich City accepted an improved bid from the Premier League club.
Murphy was at the club's training base at Carlton House, Co Kildare, this morning.
The 22-year-old is understood to have agreed personal terms with Newcastle.
Murphy, a boyhood United fan, is now undergoing a medical in Dublin and the formalities could be completed later today.
He will become the club's third summer signing.
Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez yesterday said he expected owner Mike Ashley to "keep his word" over transfer funds.
Benitez, meanwhile, oversaw a training session at Carlton House this morning.
