Florian Lejeune and Paul Dummett have suffered injuries in Newcastle United's season-opener against Tottenham Hotspur.

Rafa Benitez's side are playing their first game back in the Premier League.

And United's manager has had to make two enforced changes to his team.

Dummett limped off with what looked like a hamstring injury at St James's Park.

The left-back was replaced by club captain Jamaal Lascelles. Benitez switched Ciaran Clark to Dummett's position.

And new signing Lejuene hobbled off later in the half being caught late by Harry Kane.
