Newcastle United's Tim Krul has spoken about his long road back to fitness.
The goalkeeper is playing week in, week out for loan side AZ Alkmaar after recovering from a serious knee injury.
And Krul's penalty save against Cambuur earlier this month put the club into the Dutch Cup final.
“It’s exciting to be part of it," said the 28-year-old. "As a little boy I’ve watched those games. For me to come back and reach the final is great.”

We also ask if the Holland international could have a future at the club under Rafa Benitez.
Meanwhile, United manager Benitez and his staff are assessing defender Ciaran Clark, who limped out of the weekend's 3-1 Championship defeat to Fulham.
Clark, however, was still named in Martin O'Neill's provisional Republic of Ireland squad ahead of the international break.
And O'Neill has given an update on his fitness.
