THE UK's largest online pet store, Pet-Supermarket.co.uk, has teamed up with the Gazette to bring you fantastic coverage of Newcastle United's participation in the Mallorca Summer Cup.
The Magpies jetted out to the Spanish island today for the four-team tournament, and were joined by our United writer Miles Starforth, in association with Pet-Supermarket.
Pet-Supermarket.co.uk began trading online in October 2004 and has grown to become the UK's largest online pet store, with more than 3,500 top brand products for dogs, cats, birds, fish and small animals.
The website was launched by local businessman Mark Berriman, 28, who lives in South Shields, and the inspiration was his own dog Charlie.
You can visit the local shop at 54a Aidan Court in Bede Industrial Estate, Jarrow every weekend from 10am-4pm.
Pet-Supermarket.co.uk is the official sponsor of South Shields Cricket Club, which has had phenomenal success this season.
As a company, Pet-Supermarket.co.uk has a huge interest in supporting the local community and is proud to be helping the Gazette keep Newcastle fans up to date on the club's pre-season tour in Mallorca.
