Craig Scott Stevenson, 32, of Whitecross Way, South Shields, received eight penalty points on his driving licence and was ordered to pay £162 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting driving without a valid licence and insurance on July 18.

Michael Jason Foster, 45, of Roker Avenue, Sunderland, was ordered to pay a £120 fine, £50 compensation, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting committing vehicle interference on South Tyneside on January 31.
Ian Robert Greener, 34, of Richmond Road, South Shields, was ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay £200 in compensation and £300 costs after admitting two counts of assaulting different police officers on June 5, 2019.
David Elliott, 38, of Laygate, South Shields, was placed on a community order and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Sunderland on July 1.
