Sean Burnside, 36, of Cheviot Road, South Shields, received an eight-week jail term, which was suspended for six months, after admitting failing to comply with a community order which was imposed in July 2018.
Daniel Moan, 73, of Howe Street, Hebburn, was banned from driving for three years, fined £450 and ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after admitting drink driving on March 15.

Hide AdDavid Wann, 34, of Aldridge Street, South Shields, was placed on a community order and ordered to pay £90 prosecution costs and a £90 victim surcharge after admitting committing assault on December 22 last year.
Paul Stewart, 60, of St Vincent Street, South Shields, must carry out 80 hours unpaid work as part of a community order and was also ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after he admitted committing harassment between March 23 and April 15.
Thomas Brian Mogie, 26, of Calf Close Lane, Jarrow, received a 19-week jail term, which was suspended for two years, after admitting causing £4,000 of damage to bedroom furniture in Sunderland on November 11 last year, harassing a woman between January 4-July 5 and damaging a motor vehicle in July last year.
Carl McAlindon, 35, of Abbey Drive, Jarrow, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after admitting possessing a class B drug and possessing what he thought was a class C drug on April 23.
