He is charged alongside his other brother, Samuel Rogers, 30, of St Michael’s Street in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, as well as Ryan Hurt, 22, of Peel Crescent in Mansfield and Macauley Welby, 22, of no fixed abode.

Hide AdThe case of the defendants, who are in custody, appeared before Birmingham Crown Court earlier today Monday, December 7.
A provisional four-week trial date was scheduled for Monday, August 16, next year.
The brothers did not appear over video-link after the judge heard the men’s prison wing had been locked down due to Covid-19.
Thomas, 26, was found injured at the junction of Bristol Road and Mill Pool Way, a busy route in the Bournbrook area of the city.

Hide AdHe was rushed to hospital but sadly pronounced dead a short time later, with flowers left in tribute to him in the wake of his shock death.
A post mortem examination found he died as a result of stab wound to the chest.
They were later released under investigation.
The murder probe also saw a 40-year-old man released with no further action, while a woman aged 28 and 15-year-old girl were released on bailed pending further inquiries.
