Michael Raymond Hebdon, 31, of Church Street, Hebburn, was banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay a £200 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after admitting drink driving, driving without insurance and without a valid licence on December 4.
James Bernard Smedley, 43, of Dean Road, South Shields, was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge after admitting failing to surrender to custody on December 4.

Dean Thomas Sinclair, 32, of Council Avenue, Shiney Row, was banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving, driving without a valid licence and driving without insurance in Boldon Colliery on November 20.
Simone Bracey, 36, of Hartington Terrace, South Shields, was ordered to pay £250 compensation, a £21 victim surcharge and £350 costs after she was convicted of causing £250 of criminal damage to a car on Christmas Day 2019.
