Durham Jets eye home hat-trick to kick-start NatWest T20 Blast push
The Jets were convincingly beaten when they visited Worcester for the opening match of the North Group in May, going down by 38 runs, so skipper Mark Stoneman will be eager to make amends in the return (6.30pm start).
Durham, victorious in both home games so far against Notts and Yorkshire, have won three of their seven matches so far, but will probably need to win five of their final seven to stand a chance of progress to the quarter-finals.
The fourth and final day of the first-class friendly match against Sri Lanka A was washed out yesterday, ensuring a draw.
