Grant Hanley and Matt Ritchie out of Newcastle's friendly against Lokeren

Grant Hanley and Matt Ritchie are out of this afternoon's game against Sporting Lokeren.

Newcastle United take on the Belgian side at the Daknamstadion this afternoon (3.30pm BST).

New signing Hanley was touch and go to be involved, having missed the first part of Blackburn Rovers' pre-season campaign.

And winger Ritchie, signed from Bournemouth earlier in ths summer, is not involved because of a tight groin.

Jamaal Lascelles again wears the captain's armband, while United manager Benitez has handed starts to Matz Sels, Isaac Hayden and Dwight Gayle.
