Lockdown 3, set out by Mr Johnson on Monday, January 4, once again called on the nation to stay at home as much as possible to protect the NHS and save lives, going out only for a number of limited reasons.
These include essential shopping, for daily exercise and to attend medical appointments.

Hide AdThe rules were voted on in the House of Commons on Wednesday, January 6 before passing into legislation.
A “route map” out of lockdown will be set out by the PM on Monday, February 22.

Fae Parkin: “What lockdown. It’s no different to normal. Don’t know anyone who is off work or on furlough the way we were last time.”
