DAY 2
Repeat the same exercises again, but complete 20 repetitions of each exercise.
20 SQUATS
20 PRESS UPS
20 STAR JUMPS
20 LUNGES
20 CRUNCHES
Each day, add 10 repetitions to each exercise.
