Danny Rose arrives on Tyneside to complete Newcastle United move
Danny Rose is on Tyneside to complete a loan move to Newcastle United.
The club moved for the left-back, out of favour at Tottenham Hotspur, after losing Jetro Willems and Paul Dummett to season-ending injuries.
Sky Sports report that Newcastle will pay a £2million loan fee for the 29-year-old, who is undergoing a medical this afternoon.
There is understood to be no obligation to buy in the loan deal.
Steve Bruce, United's head coach, last week described Rose as a “class act”.
