Ciaran Clark has had a belated call-up to the Republic of Ireland squad.
Clark has linked up with his international team-mates after Stephen Kenny lost Callum Robinson and Alan Browne to positive Covid-19 tests and Seamus Coleman and John Egan to injuries.
Kenny’s side, beaten 3-0 by England this week, take on Wales in Cardiff today.
And Clark, back from injury at Newcastle United, could be involved along with club-mate Jeff Hendrick.
The defender, 29, has made two EFL Cup appearances so far this season.
