Newcastle United transfer news: TWELVE clubs eye Matty Longstaff as vultures circle amid contract uncertainty
The 20-year-old midfielder’s Magpies deal is set to run out in the summer and concerns are growing the England youth international will leave his boyhood club when his contract comes to an end.
According to a report on TEAMtalk, Premier League rivals Arsenal, Everton and West Ham United could offer a top flight escape route, while European giants Borussia Dortmund, Ajax, Club Brugge, Inter Milan and Atalanta are also reportedly interested.

Hide AdAC Milan are also thought to be keeping tabs on the player, who has been United’s academy breakthrough of this season, following on from his brother Sean Longstaff last.
Newcastle boss Steve Bruce, who handed the midfielder his United debut, admitted the Longstaff contract situation is a growing concern.
“I’m sure there are people in his ear, so of course the situation is a concern,” he said.
“But he knows what I think of him and I keep reminding him how many other 19-year-olds have played in the Premier League this year.

Longstaff made his United debut in the League Cup clash against Leicester City in August.
In 12 appearances in all competitions this season Longstaff has scored three goals – including his match-winning strike against Manchester United at the Gallowgate End in October.
