Reported Newcastle United transfer target to set to become free agent – Manchester United also linked
Reported Newcastle United target Hakan Calhanoglu is set to become a free agent this summer after talks on a new deal at AC Milan stall.
The Turkish international’s San Siro deal runs out at the end of the 2020/21 season – and reports in Italy suggest the attacker will leave on a free transfer after a £30,000 per week extension was not accepted by the player.
Calhanoglu has reportedly been on United’s radar for a year. Manchester United have been linked with the player in recent weeks.
