"It is like a new signing for us. He will be involved.”
Fraser has been missing for United since the 2-1 home win over Everton on November 1. The 26-year-old came off the bench to provide an assist for Callum Wilson's winner in that game.
The ex-Bournemouth man has missed Newcastle’s last four Premier League games.
Federico Fernandez is also set to play, according to Bruce.
